Refunds

At this time, we do NOT offer refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may use our Contact Us form on the home page to initiate an exchange within 14 days of receiving item(s). All items must be in their original saleable condition and with original tags, instructions, manuals, and packaging. Worn or laundered garments are not eligible for return. After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Anew Scrubs reserve the right to refuse any exchanges. Customer is responsible for Shipping costs sending items back to Anew Scrubs store. When shipping items to us we encourage you to use a trackable shipping service. We cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items during the shipping process. 

Please Note: All Exchanges are at the cost of the customer unless Anew Scrubs made an error leading to the customer needing to return items. Original shipping/processing charges are nonrefundable. We will, however, exchange items with no additional shipping/processing charges.  

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
