Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will be processed on the next open business day. No orders will be processed during holidays or weekends. If an order is placed during the holidays the order will be processed on the next open business day. Please note that once you place your order it takes our system up to 24 hours to process the actual payment. Then your item is shipped out within 7-14 BUSINESS days from processed payment time (sooner if possible).

Once items are shipped (after receiving notification with tracking number) the carrier is responsible for the delivery of the items. If items are not received within 7 days of tracking notification, please contact the carrier with the number provided. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
