Returns Policy

At this time, we do NOT offer refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may use our Contact Us form on the home page to initiate an exchange within 14 days of receiving item(s). All items must be in their original saleable condition and with original tags, instructions, manuals, and packaging. Worn or laundered garments are not eligible for return. After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Anew Scrubs reserve the right to refuse any exchanges. Customer is responsible for Shipping costs sending items back to Anew Scrubs store. When shipping items to us we encourage you to use a trackable shipping service. We cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items during the shipping process. Please Note: All Exchanges are at the cost of the customer unless Anew Scrubs made an error leading to the customer needing to return items. Original shipping/processing charges are nonrefundable. We will, however, exchange items with no additional shipping/processing charges.

Shipping

Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will be processed on the next open business day. No orders will be processed during holidays or weekends. If an order is placed during the holidays the order will be processed on the next open business day. Please note that once you place your order it takes our system up to 24 hours to process the actual payment. Then your item is shipped out within 7-14 BUSINESS days from processed payment time (sooner if possible). Once items are shipped (after receiving notification with tracking number) the carrier is responsible for the delivery of the items. If items are not received within 7 days of tracking notification, please contact the carrier with the number provided. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
